Christmas Themed Workshop – Brilliant!

Hi,

Another Christmas Themed Workshop – Brilliant!  A Brilliant Christmas Themed Workshop last Friday which was so full the table was chaos! lol  What a brilliant morning, full of crafting, filled with lovely ‘crafty’ people and amazing projects (if I do say so myself hehe) to be made.

I absolutely love these Workshops, as ladies from all of my Group Classes as well as those who attend my 1-2-1’s have a chance to meet those from the groups they do not usually meet, and ‘gossip’! lol  Friday’s workshop was full-on but everyone had a brilliant time and all the projects I designed were loved.  There was so much glitter thrown around, you should have seen the room! lol.

Here are the projects that were made and underneath each one is a supply list.  If you wish to purchase any of the products, please click on the product, which will take you to my Online shop where you can place your order and have them delivered directly to your door, in time to make your own for Christmas!

Die Cutting workshop

First of all so sorry I have not been around this last month, it has been manic!  Leading up to my holiday beginning of September I have had so many classes to prepare and do.  Also I had got the dates of my holiday wrong, so a really good friend of mine, Gill agreed she would do an Open Day for me, a coffee n card and take my September Christmas Club Workshop!  She was fantastic and did them all amazing, in fact I arrived home as the Christmas Club Workshop had finished and everyone sang her praises!

Anyway, the day after I got back from my Cruise oooh lol, I held a Die Cutting Workshop at the Cotswold Craft Room, Winchcombe.  It was great fun and 5 lovely ladies attended.  I demonstrated how to use a Big Shot Die Cutting Machine to make two lovely cards.  Here are the cards we made together, a Dress Card, which I hope you agree is gorgeous and a twisted Easel Card.

Christmas Workshop 21 22 August

Hi! I hope you are all well and starting to think about Christmas! Yes I know some of you may not have had your Summer Holiday yet, lol, me included! However in the crafting world we have to plan ahead and get our Christmas workshops booked and planned well in advance!

I’ve already done two and they were full, and very well received, so you can tell there are some ‘insane’ crafters lol like me out there!

My next Christmas Themed Workshops are Friday 21 August and Saturday 22 August.  The Friday workshop is already full, but there are still spaces on the Saturday workshop. So why not take a look at the projects you will be making and go to the Christmas Themed Workshop Page to book your place for the Saturday workshop.  These are great fun, you make 4 lovely projects, all designed by me, mostly cards, but also gift tags and gift packaging which you get to make too. There’s a raffle too and everyone that joins me at the workshops, whether it’s just one or all of them, can join me in December for my Christmas Get together when the raffle will be drawn.  All the prizes are Stampin’Up! products so you know they are worth having and refreshments will be served during the get together.

If you don’t live close enough to attend my classes/workshops, but you would love to make the projects, please email me and I can look into doing them as an online workshop, along with videos and written tutorials for you to purchase.

So here’s the projects, I hope you like them and they inspire you to go book a space and join me on Saturday 22 August.

I hope to hear from you soon and see you at the workshop.

Great Saturday Monthly Class!

Hi,

What a great Saturday Monthly Class! So much fun, very lively and we made two amazing Cards!

This is the first one: Sweetbriar Double Gatefold Congratulations Card:

Sweetbriar Double Gatefold Card  Closed Sweetbriar Double Gatefold Card

This card is really eye-catching and everyone that has seen some of the other versions I have made as well as this one has fallen in love with the concept and wanted to make one for themselves!  It fits nicely into a 5″ x 5″ envelope and when ‘blinged’ up well WOW! lol. To see more versions I have made take a look at my Gallery pages here or go to my Pinterest Boards.

We had half an hour remaining of the class so we made a simple birthday card using the Sweetbriar Rose Stamp set again and heat embossing:
Here’s the card:

I will be teaching the classes this Friday and next Friday how to make them too, hope they have as much fun as the group last Saturday did and they love the cards too!

Here’s the supplies I used for both cards:

Coffee n Card Afternoon

Had a lovely afternoon last Thursday at No.9 Cafe, Bishops Cleeve when I held my first Coffee n Card session.

A couple of lovely ladies sat and chatted, enjoyed a drink and made a lovely card.  One of them kindly took some pictures for me and here’s me holding up the card we made.  The other lady didn’t fancy her picture being taken, so here’s her ‘hands’ lol punching out a butterfly!

My next Coffee n Card Afternoon is Thursday 23rd July 2-3pm, so put the date and time in your diary and pop along. There will be a choice of two projects, either a lovely card using a lovely Stamp Set;  Sprinkles of Life, or a Curvy Keepsake box made into a lovely ‘critter’. Pop back here next week when I will be revealing the two projects for you to choose from! For now here’s a few projects I have made in the past with both the Sprinkles of Life stamp set and the Curvy Keepsake Thinlits Dies just to ‘wet’ your appetite.

Pinkies Blog Hop

Pinkies Annual Catalogue Blog Hop

Thank you for joining us on another Pinkies Blog Hop! We are showcasing lots of gorgeous projects using products from the New Stampin’Up!® Annual Catalogue. Simply use the buttons at the end of each post to keep hopping!

This is my first time in the Pinkies Blog Hop and I am so excited to be joining you for the June Blog Hop! Especially because I get to showcase some lovely New Products, which means lots of ‘play’ time for me in my Craft Room.  I hope you like what you see and hope you will look around my Website later on after you have been all the way through the Pinkies Blog Hop.

I decided to showcase the Build A Birthday Stamp Set. There is so much you can do with this stamp set, just look what I did with it, party invitations, decorate party gift bags, decorate gift boxes as well as make lovely Birthday Cards.  I also used Cherry on the Top Washi Tape and another new Stamp Set, Tin of Cards. By combining the Build a Birthday Stamp Set with the Washi tape, you can mix things up to get some great effects.

So here’s the projects I made:

As you can see I have made a gorgeous birthday card with three candles peeking out of a hole, an Invitation again with three candles, a lovely decorated Petite Cafe Gift Bag, for all those goodies the children take home with them, and finally a mini treat box to put either sweets or a small cake inside.

Here is the birthday card, the invitation and the decorated gift bag for a closer look:

Brand New Catalogue, Products

Hi Everyone,

I hope you are all well and have found the time to do some crafting?  Well, I have been so so busy this month, that trying to fit in writing this has been hard, but hopefully it will be worth it and you will enjoy seeing what I have been up to in my classes.  I have used Brand New Products from the Brand New Catalogue.  In this post you will see one of the new products, the You’ve Got This Stamp Set, alongside the Mini Treat Bag Dies which proved so popular last year, it has been carried over into this Brand New Catalogue!  I hope you like the look of the projects I made and taught in my Classes this month, and fall in love with the Brand New Products as well as old faithfuls.  Order online with me through my Online shop, just click the Online Shop button above this post.

To begin with, we had our Brand New Stampin’Up! Annual Catalogue come out on 2 June, so I had great fun looking through it trying to choose which new products I fancied buying and then designing my June Classes using these gorgeous Products!

Here was the first one: The stamp set, ‘You’ve Got This’.  When I first saw it at Telford, when I went with some of my team to a Stampin’Up! training, I loved it and knew I had to have it! Do you ever feel like that, you are shown something and you sit there thinking oh my goodness gotta have that! lol

There are so many new products as well as alot of products that have proven so popular that they have been carried over, I am sure you would love a copy of the Brand New Catalogue for yourselves to sit back, relax with a lovely cuppa and make a long wish list.
Why not hold a party, that way you get to craft with friends, play with the new products and may be you get to choose some of these gorgeous New Products Free for yourself (dependent on Sales at your party). Want to know more please get in touch.
Thanks for dropping by, please come back soon as I would love to show you the cards we made in a couple of 1-2-1 classes I did last week.
