Great Saturday Monthly Class!

Hi,

What a great Saturday Monthly Class! So much fun, very lively and we made two amazing Cards!

This is the first one: Sweetbriar Double Gatefold Congratulations Card:

Sweetbriar Double Gatefold Card  Closed Sweetbriar Double Gatefold Card

This card is really eye-catching and everyone that has seen some of the other versions I have made as well as this one has fallen in love with the concept and wanted to make one for themselves!  It fits nicely into a 5″ x 5″ envelope and when ‘blinged’ up well WOW! lol. To see more versions I have made take a look at my Gallery pages here or go to my Pinterest Boards.

We had half an hour remaining of the class so we made a simple birthday card using the Sweetbriar Rose Stamp set again and heat embossing:
Here’s the card:

I will be teaching the classes this Friday and next Friday how to make them too, hope they have as much fun as the group last Saturday did and they love the cards too!

Here’s the supplies I used for both cards:

Latest Class Projects

Hi,
First of all, sorry I haven’t posted recently, well apart from reminding you of my Coffee n Card which is on this afternoon, lol. I put my back out over a week ago and it took slightly longer than normal to settle.

Still I’m back, yeye! So I thought I would update you with what we got up to in some of my classes and what’s coming up in my next Christmas Themed Workshop in August! I know I know, you are all thinking is this woman mad – Christmas in August! But I can tell you, my last Christmas Themed Workshop was a sell out and we had a great time! lol

So, I’ve done a couple of 1-2-1s this week, and they were great fun and the two ladies that came went away very happy with what they made.
Here is one of the projects, the other project I can’t show, yet! hehe, what do you think? Fancy making it, then get in touch.

As I said my first Christmas Themed Workshop was a great success and the second one which is on 21 and 22 August, is already booking, before I’ve released the projects! However, I have finally finished designing them, so here they are! If you like what you see, go to the Christmas Themed Workshop page and book and pay for your space, don’t leave it though not many spaces left.

Don’t forget my Coffee n Card this afternoon and if you like what you see, please comment, subscribe to my website and keep up to date with what I am upto and what classes are coming up.

Coffee n Card Afternoon

Had a lovely afternoon last Thursday at No.9 Cafe, Bishops Cleeve when I held my first Coffee n Card session.

A couple of lovely ladies sat and chatted, enjoyed a drink and made a lovely card.  One of them kindly took some pictures for me and here’s me holding up the card we made.  The other lady didn’t fancy her picture being taken, so here’s her ‘hands’ lol punching out a butterfly!

My next Coffee n Card Afternoon is Thursday 23rd July 2-3pm, so put the date and time in your diary and pop along. There will be a choice of two projects, either a lovely card using a lovely Stamp Set;  Sprinkles of Life, or a Curvy Keepsake box made into a lovely ‘critter’. Pop back here next week when I will be revealing the two projects for you to choose from! For now here’s a few projects I have made in the past with both the Sprinkles of Life stamp set and the Curvy Keepsake Thinlits Dies just to ‘wet’ your appetite.

Hi,

I am really excited about a Brand New Venture for my Business!  I will be starting a ‘Coffee N Card’ afternoon in a lovely cafe in Bishops Cleeve!

How exciting is that! I spoke to Gavin, one of the owners of No.9 Cafe, Bishops Cleeve last week and sorted out a date for me to start!

So if you have ever fancied making a card but felt unsure about joining a group or coming to a 1-2-1, well now you can try it out whilst having a cuppa! Just pop in on Thursday 9 July 2pm-3pm, grab a ticket from me to get a FREE Cup of coffee and sit and make yourself a lovely card to take home. Simples!  It’s gonna be great fun and it could just be something you want to do more, which is easy because I will be doing it again a fortnight later and a fortnight after that etc!

FREE handcrafted bookmark (by me) to everyone who pops in and makes a card.

So put a note in your diary, Thursday 9 July 2-3pm at No.9 cafe, Bishops Cleeve.

Pinkies Blog Hop

Pinkies Annual Catalogue Blog Hop

Thank you for joining us on another Pinkies Blog Hop! We are showcasing lots of gorgeous projects using products from the New Stampin’Up!® Annual Catalogue. Simply use the buttons at the end of each post to keep hopping!

This is my first time in the Pinkies Blog Hop and I am so excited to be joining you for the June Blog Hop! Especially because I get to showcase some lovely New Products, which means lots of ‘play’ time for me in my Craft Room.  I hope you like what you see and hope you will look around my Website later on after you have been all the way through the Pinkies Blog Hop.

I decided to showcase the Build A Birthday Stamp Set. There is so much you can do with this stamp set, just look what I did with it, party invitations, decorate party gift bags, decorate gift boxes as well as make lovely Birthday Cards.  I also used Cherry on the Top Washi Tape and another new Stamp Set, Tin of Cards. By combining the Build a Birthday Stamp Set with the Washi tape, you can mix things up to get some great effects.

So here’s the projects I made:

As you can see I have made a gorgeous birthday card with three candles peeking out of a hole, an Invitation again with three candles, a lovely decorated Petite Cafe Gift Bag, for all those goodies the children take home with them, and finally a mini treat box to put either sweets or a small cake inside.

Here is the birthday card, the invitation and the decorated gift bag for a closer look:

So now it’s time to hop on over to Nicole to see what amazing projects she has made with some new products.

Thanks and have a lovely weekend!

Brand New Catalogue, Products

Hi Everyone,

I hope you are all well and have found the time to do some crafting?  Well, I have been so so busy this month, that trying to fit in writing this has been hard, but hopefully it will be worth it and you will enjoy seeing what I have been up to in my classes.  I have used Brand New Products from the Brand New Catalogue.  In this post you will see one of the new products, the You’ve Got This Stamp Set, alongside the Mini Treat Bag Dies which proved so popular last year, it has been carried over into this Brand New Catalogue!  I hope you like the look of the projects I made and taught in my Classes this month, and fall in love with the Brand New Products as well as old faithfuls.  Order online with me through my Online shop, just click the Online Shop button above this post.

To begin with, we had our Brand New Stampin’Up! Annual Catalogue come out on 2 June, so I had great fun looking through it trying to choose which new products I fancied buying and then designing my June Classes using these gorgeous Products!

Here was the first one: The stamp set, ‘You’ve Got This’.  When I first saw it at Telford, when I went with some of my team to a Stampin’Up! training, I loved it and knew I had to have it! Do you ever feel like that, you are shown something and you sit there thinking oh my goodness gotta have that! lol

It is an amazing Stamp Set so versatile and my Classes loved it. Here’s the Projects I taught at my Monthly Classes as well as a 1-2-1.

There are so many new products as well as alot of products that have proven so popular that they have been carried over, I am sure you would love a copy of the Brand New Catalogue for yourselves to sit back, relax with a lovely cuppa and make a long wish list.
Why not hold a party, that way you get to craft with friends, play with the new products and may be you get to choose some of these gorgeous New Products Free for yourself (dependent on Sales at your party). Want to know more please get in touch.
Thanks for dropping by, please come back soon as I would love to show you the cards we made in a couple of 1-2-1 classes I did last week.
