What weather time for Crafting and Paper Share

Hi,

How are you all doing?  So much for a heatwave for Bank Holiday weekend and this week so far! lol All we’ve had is overcast, rain and thunder!  Been very muggy at night too!

So imagine my joy when it gave me just the excuse I needed to stop de-cluttering my house ready for moving and actually come into my tiny craft area that I’ve managed to keep clear and make some beautiful cards with some gorgeous new products, as well as sort out some amazing Paper Shares, for you all to get your hands on!

Paper shares I hear you cry! lol What’s that?  lol reminds me of my little granddaughter, she says ‘what’s that nana?’ when she sees something new, lol I can hear her now!

Anyway, sorry getting distracted, lol  If you go to my Product Share page you can find out what this involves, then go to my Paper Share page to see the three paper shares I am offering NOW!

I am sure you will fall in love with all of the papers I am offering and will want to get your hands on them asap!  The deadline for ordering your share of the papers is 10 June 2018, so please do not delay, go check it out and place your order NOW!

Here are some gorgeous cards I made along with my friend Gill (we haven’t been able to craft together for ages) using some of the papers I am offering in my paper shares and some new products that are in our Brand New Catalogue (out 1 June 2018).

Onstage is nearly here!

Hi,

First an update on my lovely hubby, Mike.  Some of you will have heard, my darling hubby, Mike, had a stroke on 12 March, which was both frightening and shocking!  Luckily it was a minor stroke, but it has affected his left side, in particular his arm, but also his speech.  Slowly over the last couple of weeks he has made great progress and is now able to speak properly most of the time.  It is going to be a slow process of rehabilitation, but all the Consultants are confident that he will make a full recovery.

Hence, I have had to make a decision about OnStage and that is that I will not be able to attend this weekend.  OnStage is such a fantastic part of Stampin’Up! and being a Demonstrator it is for most of us, the highlight of the Year!  We get the chance to meet fellow Demonstrators from all over Europe and have the chance to congratulate all those who have achieved milestones within Stampin’Up!

I am pleased to say that 4 of my Direct Downliners and 3 of my second Level Downliners will be going to OnStage and I know they will have a fantastic time!

I had made a card for each of them to give out at OnStage, but as I am unable to go, I gave them it along with a gift from me early.  Here are the cards:

I think they are amazing and it will be a lovely momento of the time they spent at OnStage.  Below are the products I used to make the cards.  I am sure you can think of lots of ways to use the Apron Die, even to make little boxes!  The Die set also comes with BBQ tools, so you could make a lovely male birthday card with that!

Remember to use the Hostess Code S4SGSTEQ for April on your orders and if it’s £20+ you will get a FREE gift just from me as a thank you for placing an order with me.   To see how many of you actually read this post all the way to the bottom,  lol, places an order with me for £30+ AND leaves the Word ‘INSPIRE’ in a comment after this post, will get an extra FREE gift this month.  Don’t miss out!

Thanks

Pinkies Blog Hop

blog hop logo

Thank you for joining us on another Pinkies Blog Hop! We’re showcasing lots of gorgeous projects using products from the new Stampin’Up!® Spring/Summer Catalogue. Simply use the buttons at the end of each post to keep hopping!

The New Spring/Summer Catalogue has sooo many gorgeous products it was sooo hard to choose one product to showcase.  I did eventually choose products from the ‘It’s My Party’ Suite which includes the Party Wishes Stamp Set, It’s my Party DSP Paper stack, which is 12″ X 12″.  I also used the ‘Confetti’ Textured Impressions Embossing Folder and finally the Party Punch Pack, so small and cute, but gives a huge Punch! lol

Here is the first Card I made, it is a Slider Card which is great fun and interactive.

slider front

This is the slider Card closed, waiting to reveal its ‘secret’!  Isn’t the It’s my Party DSP Paper Stack so bright and cheerful” I love it!

slider card pulled up

Here the slider is pulled up to reveal the sentiment underneath and on the pulled up Tag more embellishment! There are so many Stamps in the Party Wishes Stamp Set, so much choice.

slider card inside

I decorated the inside of the card too!  This time I stamped the Cupcakes and the Balloons (again from the Party Wishes Stamp Set) then punched them out using the Party Punch Pack. The three strings for the balloons were stamped using Archival Black Ink.

There are three punches in the Party Punch Pack; the cupcake, balloon and the candle (which I have used in my other project).  They are so cute and what is also great about them, you will no longer have white edging around the stamped images when they are punched out because the punches are slightly smaller than the stamps! Brilliant, making the balloons etc look more realistic! LOVE IT!

The other project I wanted to show you used more products from ‘It’s my Party’ Suite.

Confetti embossed coloured

Isn’t it lovely, so bright and cheerful? I used the Confetti Embossing Folder, then coloured the embossed card using Mint Macaron, Crushed Curry and Melon Mambo inks and sponges. Can you see the punched out Candle on top of the cake? Told you I would use the Candle punch from the Party Punch Pack hehe.

Well I hope you have enjoyed seeing what I have made using a few of the new products from the Spring/Summer Catalogue and I hope you will have a go yourselves.

So now it’s time to hop on over to Lizy’s blog to see what amazing projects she has made with some new products.
