Squash Book Tutorial

Hi,

Squash Books! Ever fancied making one and never knew how? Well, now you can, as I have made one (thanks to maymaymadeitcraft for her inspiration) and have written a Tutorial and done a video for you!

I went to a Pinkies Training in Croughton recently, where fellow Pinkies Demonstrators meet up, and among other amazing activities we do throughout the day, we make Swaps showcasing a project that we have enjoyed making and swap it with our fellow Demonstrators.  My swap was a Squash Book, and I was thrilled that so many loved it and was asked if I would make a video.

So I thought I would share with you the Squash Book I made, along with the list of Supplies needed to make one yourselves.  Included in the Supply List is my Tutorial which you are welcome to use, but please give me credit! lol. I loved making this squash book and in fact one of my customers that comes every week for a 1-2-1 lesson, asked if I could show her how to make one so she could give it to someone special. I hope you like it too and have a go.
Click on each product to place an order and click on ‘supply list’ at the bottom of the tiled products to get access to the tutorial.

Click on supply List to access the Tutorial and to access the link to the Youtube video.

Thanks and look forward to seeing your squash books.

It’s My Party Suite

Hi,

I hope you enjoyed my cards I showed in our recent Pinkies Blog hop, using ‘It’s My Party’ Suite from Stampin’Up!  This suite is amazing and I LOVE IT! The stamp set has so many lovely stamps including lovely sentiments, everything you need to make gorgeous cards, whether for younger children or adults. There is also gorgeous Designer Speciality Paper (DSP) which is 12″ x 12″ so plenty to make lots of cards, boxes and gift wrapping.  Then there is the cute little Party Punch Pack which when you see them you will fall in love with them.  The great thing about them is that the stamped image is slightly bigger than the punch so when you punch them out there is no white area surrounding it – so much more realistic.

Here’s the first card I did in my blog hop participation, a Slider Card.

I taught this in two of my classes this weekend and everyone thought it was amazing. They said that even though it took concentration to make lol they really enjoyed it and would be making more.  This will be easier for them as I have made a video and a written tutorial for them lol.  You too can have access to the video and a copy of the written tutorial by placing a £45+ order with me by clicking on the products from the listing below. As soon as it goes through I will email you the video link and tutorial. Remember don’t tick ‘NO contact’ when placing your order, as I won’t be able to access your details so won’t be able to send the tutorial or video link to you.  Don’t forgot also for every £45 you spend between 5 January and 31 March which is Saleabration time, you can choose a FREE Product from the Saleabration (SAB) Catalogue. There’s stamp set, gorgeous DSP, embossed vellum and Project Life Cards.

Here are the products I used to make this gorgeous slider card.

We didn’t have time to make the other card, so we will make that one in next months class. Here it is though along with the products I used to make it. Again click on the products below to order from my online shop and if the order is £45+ you not only get to choose a FREE SAB product, but I will email you (once the order has gone through) a link to the video and a written tutorial.
